It is only a joke

It is the language of someone who wants to speak english but is not able, so he invents italian words which seems english.

The advertising campaign of the ice cream is adressed to young people who likes jokes (and who knows little english too)

Thank you. I "get" it now. Perhaps Max and I are both too old for this sort of thing.

If it was in French, it would be called "franglais", but franglais is more often seriously borrowed English words with usually not exactly the original meaning, like "le parking". This sort of thing is getting very common is Italian now (but more often the right meaning, I think).
